FE	Description	Impact	Intent
Word Study	MegaWords is an online assessment used for math and reading. Provided training on its use and feature so that data could be obtained.	Less time spent on math computation and more on instruction and tools needed. This will also give time to work on skills necessary to use technology to its fullest capacity.	Continue to interpret scores to direct instruction finding technology that will support skills needed.
easyCBM	Presentation on how to interpret data and display graphs for use in IEPs or to direct instruction.	Presentation broke down how to maneuver the site while using the data in instruction.	Some steps need to flow smoother, like a video, that can be repeated as often as necessary.
Conferences	Ohio Innovative Learning Environment ( 5 day conference) was focused on applications for integrating technology. Ohio eTech (3 day) provided specific information on hardware and software applications.	Gaining information at conference from experts in their fields is very helpful. Hearing how teachers have applied the technology in meeting needs of their students invaluable. Listen with open mind and adapt if possible to your students.	Many of the presentations were still too much for our students, but by hearing their explanations of why and how they integrated technology, I could form my own ideas of implementation which are smaller steps.

Technology Review	Reviewing technology programs helps to determine where professional development is needed and for whom.	Responding to needs of staff and students does prove productive but assess and being proactive on what be need is more effective. This is what a technology review can accomplish.	Devise ways to collect information on what technology a school has and the ability level of the staff use it based on performance and not on what they think.
Grant	Allow you to spell out. in the grant; your goals, how to reach and assess them and the benefit to your students..	Check specific criteria for the grant and stipulations on spending of the funds.	Assess and see if a technology will support or enhance learning.
Ethics Paper	Review on how technology needs to be accessible and equitable for students like any tools should be accessible to its users..	We have many students who have a hard time accessing their content area at grade level. If we know the whole child then we should be able to help their achieve to their full potential and use the tools to do so.	Many of our students have reading disabilities but have average listening skills. These students need to be taught how to use 'text to speech' technology and comprehension strategies to remember and use what they gained from the reading.
